OUR JOURNEY

Hyke Performance was founded in 2017 by Steven Kitson in Toronto, Canada. The company was established to educate his two children about the business world, keeping them engaged and eager to learn as sailing was so important to them and will forever be. 

Our goal is to make life easier for sailors by designing durable and innovative gear. Our ideas derive from years of experience racing Lasers and Optis, creating solutions by identifying issues with our own racing gear and having open ears to the community. What drives us forward are the ambitious, devoted sailors who make our job worthwhile.
