After design and pricing details are finalized, we work with your club representatives to set an agreed-upon order deadline. All orders placed before this date will be shipped for free and will be sent together as a bulk delivery to your club.

Orders placed after the deadline will include a shipping fee and will be sent separately, directly to the members address.
